Activities Disclaimer
Outdoor activities such as skiing, climbing, kayaking, hiking, and yoga involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary, and participants accept responsibility for their own safety. ACE CoLab makes no guarantee of weather, terrain, environmental conditions, or other force majeure events or acts of nature, which may impact activities, schedules, or outcomes. Results from coaching or adventure programs are not guaranteed.
Release of Liability
By participating in ACE CoLab activities, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Outdoor and adventure activities carry risks of injury, accident, or death.
- You voluntarily assume these risks and release ACE CoLab, its owners, coaches, and affiliates from liability.
- ACE CoLab makes no guarantee of weather, conditions, or other force majeure events or acts of nature, which may affect activities, schedules, or outcomes.
- You are responsible for your own health and decisions.
A full waiver must be signed before attending in-person retreats, trips, or guided activities.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Coaching sessions – May be rescheduled with advance notice; missed sessions may be forfeited.
- Trips and retreats – Deposits are generally non-refundable; balances may be refundable up to a set number of days before the start of the event.
- Cancellations due to weather or safety – ACE CoLab makes no guarantee of weather, terrain, environmental conditions, or other force majeure events or acts of nature. In such cases, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities. Refunds may not be provided, but credits or alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
